Locked in the job, and Matt attended the site that week for an inspection (we live in Warrnambool 2 hours away!) he explained the best option in regards to zoning in plain English and helped us make the right decision, the job was scheduled in for 2.5 weeks later.

I received last minute info. from another supplier and as a result Nate and his very able colleague installed the condenser way up on the wall instead of on the ground. No grumbles, just 'no probs' action.
The Fujitsu, which is tested and recommended by Too Hot to Handle is a dream come true. Peace and quiet (and ripping cooling) from an air con at last!!!
