Staff at 2H2H have been amazing. Our installation of the Reclaim Hot Water Service and Heat Pump required going through a bedroom window. Don and Kya were too good to be true and I think they were as relieved as I was that the system just squeezed through without having to remove the window! They were so professional in every way - notifying us they would be 5 mins late - so polite and respectful and shared their love of working for 2H2H saying they look forward to going to work every day and what a great boss and team work there. We are so happy that we have taken this step as we have always had instantaneous gas hws never electric. Although it’s only been installed 2 days ago we are so impressed with everything. I have no hesitation in recommending 2H2H.

Thorough professionals who do a great job and enjoy their work. Recently installing an iStore 290 for us in Werribee on the basis of a good quote, they answered every question clearly and were prepared to customise the service at no extra cost. The tradesmen phoned ahead as promised and were courteous, efficient and tidy. The iStore is neatly positioned, all external piping properly insulated and the unit was producing hot water within a couple of hours. When it needs servicing, we'll know who to call.

What an incredible day thanks to Matthew (Director) and Nate (plumber)!

Matthew for instant and effective action to secure a rebate that I was unaware of associated with the work they were doing for us. A big money saver!

Nate for a seamless install of a new Fujitsu split system air con for us. Such a polite, amiable, flexible, effective and responsive plumber who went well 'above and beyond' on the day. I received last minute info. from another supplier and as a result Nate and his very able colleague installed the condenser way up on the wall instead of on the ground. No grumbles, just 'no probs' action.

The Fujitsu, which is tested and recommended by Too Hot to Handle is a dream come true. Peace and quiet (and ripping cooling) from an air con at last!!!

Love 'Too Hot...'. It is just the right size to get expert attention, economies of scale for good pricing and powerful and positive on site action.

I plan to come back for seconds soon with a HWS install and probably further work at another location. Highly recommended for quality, price, effectiveness and an excellent result!

The company has been very responsive in our experience ( we also had a ducted Fujitsu heat pump heating/cooling system installed earlier this year). The guys at Too Hot To Handle did a brilliant job servicing our heating and evap cooling. When we brought the property the cooling and heating had never been serviced and had a funky smell. They were out to our place within the week and serviced our heating and replaced our pads on the cooling. Everybody from reception to the technician who came were super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys 😊

Yes To Hot to Handle’s Nat and Charles did a great job installing our iStore heat pump unit. Extremely neat finish and both very easy to work with. I want you to update the staff photo on your website too! They need to be included as well. I have tried 3 different companies over the last couple of years and for one reason or other the replacement of the hotwater unit didn’t happen, I got in touch with these guys as our hotwater unit was leaking, so it was an emergency job. Solar Victoria grant applied for and it has all been completed in a couple of days. We couldn’t be happier, oh they had some great music playing while working too!👍🏻

Excellent service from beginning to end. Scott got back to me immediately with a quote which was $500 cheaper than another business.

They moved my appointment to a much earlier than original date which was wonderful.

Mat and his young apprentice arrived with smiles on their faces. They did a brilliant job which was challenging.

Mat was a master at teaching his apprentice. It reminded me of "Karate Kid". I loved hearing Mat telling his apprentice such positive things to help put him at ease and stay focused.

I think kindness goes a long way to helping young people learn and end up loving the job they do. Well done Mat.

I am very happy with the whole experience. Definitely love my new aircon which will change my life when the heat starts. As I usually just want to runaway to Antarctica...

From a quote 6 months old for an air conditioner replacement Too Hot To Handle sent me, I was able to ask and be given the same product for the same price, I was amazed and ecstatic about it. Everyone we dealt with at Too hot to handle were great. Scott and Russell who helped us work out which products would work best for us, the admin team who managed the complex rebates and kept us informed, to the installation crew who worked tirelessly to ensure our install was all completed all in the one day. Just had a new split system installed in our bedroom.

From the initial call with Scott I could tell they would be a class act straight away. He was honest & up front about what would be the most cost-effective & efficient option for us, rather than pushing us to settle on a bigger, overpowered unit just to maximise rebate opportunities.

The administration team were very quick to call and arrange a time for the install. Very professional.

The installer, Pete, turned up ahead of time and was very friendly. He and his colleague Jack did an awesome job. Super tidy install and left absolutely no trace of mess. The electrician Jack was also in & out quickly with no mess.

Overall a very very good experience and I highly recommend Too Hot To Handle for anyone on the fence about upgrading their home.

We had such a great experience with Too Hot to Handle Heating & Cooling! We had a ducted reverse cycle system installed and got them for great value with the rebate (this includes them decommissioning and removing your existing gas heater). The service was exceptional from the very beginning. Scott provided us with plenty of information which helped us make an effective decision. The team were great with communication, very friendly and checked in with us before starting the job to make sure we were on the same page. They worked efficiently and got the job done in half a day! They were also neat and tidy. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase/upgrade/service your heating and cooling needs!

A massive day to install 5 split systems in a 2 story house. Engineers are all very professional! Supposed to take 2 days but the team took 6 hours to finish the job smoothly! Matt and team installed our new electric hot water service after our gas one gave up the ghost. He pulled a lot of strings to get one very quickly, so we were only without hot water for a day and a half. He ensured we also got all the government rebates. After sales service has been excellent.
