They helped with the rebate application which was a very easy process and we had hot water back in a few hours.

Locked in the job, and Matt attended the site that week for an inspection (we live in Warrnambool 2 hours away!) he explained the best option in regards to zoning in plain English and helped us make the right decision, the job was scheduled in for 2.5 weeks later.
